Hi! My name is Chloe and I am a certified Personal Trainer and Online Coach.
When I first decided to join the gym I wanted to become as small as I could, I hopped around the different cardio machines thinking that was how I was going to build my dream body. It wasn't until I started weight lifting that I realised I was chasing the wrong goal. Weight lifting changed my entire mindset around my body and its potential. I was no longer trying to minimise myself but instead trying to get as strong and healthy as possible.
I became a coach to help ladies fall in love with their bodies, improve their mindset and to become a healthier, stronger and more confident version of themselves.
As an Online Coach, I can help you wherever you are, because geography shouldn't get in the way of achieving your health and fitness goals! I also know that life can get busy, and sometimes it's tough to make regular face-to-face fitness coaching sessions. So my online training programme has been created with all of this in mind & starts with a quick online consultation.
My approach is science-based, but it's simple. I will help you lose body fat, build muscle, and change your body composition - Without the pain and suffering!

Weekly Progress And Lifestyle Check Ins
Every week you will check in with your weight, measurements, progress photos and wellness checkers. Everything is measured to allow you to stay accountable. You will receive a check in review with tailored amendments to ensure you stay on track towards your goals.
24/7 Message Support
Communication is key in online coaching. You will have the ability to contact me whenever you have a question, query or simply want some extra support, no matter the time or day.
Dedicated Coach
You will have your very own coach to keep you accountable, support you through tough weeks and will be there 100% of the time to keep you motivated, disciplined and to support you.
